From what I can gather about “Venue: Â saturation”, Â it appears that:
A saturation release ‘at cinemas everywhere’ may open simultaneously on 1,000 screens UK-wide, playing at two or more screens per multiplex. This strategy, usually deployed for ‘tentpole’ titles such as large-scale sequels or star-led holiday releases, helps to accommodate mass audiences eager to consume a film at the earliest opportunity.
You can compare releases:  La La Land, Assassin’s Creed, Lion & Jackie, for example, are listed as “Venue: saturation”.  Meanwhile Manchester by the Sea is “Venue: wide”. I have to say if I was in the UK I would be ecstatic that I’m not seeing the word “Key Cities” or “Limited”.
Remember though, all release dates are subject to change, but at this stage it looks like 24 March 2017 is definitely the date.
You might recall back in October 2016, we posted that Robert Pattinson “Good Time” was included in Memento Films’ AFM lineup with a new promo reel.  It’s now included in Memento Films’ Sundance catalogue under “Upcoming” and still quotes “Delivery Spring 2017”.  They have of course updated the description and added A24.  Spring is just around the corner isn’t it!
Anytime Claire Denis has a new film is cause for pause. Usually taking several years between projects as of late (her last film was 2013’s Bastards), we’re thrilled to see her potentially unveil two new titles over the course of a year. Although High Life was supposed to have gone into production first, it would seem Black Glasses might be the first to reach post—although whether Denis plans on unveiling in 2017 or holding off for a double feature in 2018 is yet to be seen.
In any event, as I said on Twitter, the film was scheduled for a 2018 release. Â I’m a patient person.
Of course I’ll keep you posted when more information is to hand.
I knew Robert Pattinson’s character name in Good Time was “Connie” and I had previously seen a mention that the full name was “Connie Nikas” but it was never confirmed on IMDbPro until now. Hmmm looks like Robert might be playing someone with Greek heritage – this should be interesting. Â Might explain the perm ha!
According to IMDbPro, the UK office of Fintage House – Film & TV House has the UK distribution rights for Robert Pattinson “The Trap”. Â This movie better happen. Â Hopefully the other offices follow suit since I spy and Australian contact. Â Adding to our list of distributors currently on our Film page
According to Cinando, Ascot Elite Entertainment GMBH will have Theatrical, TV, DVD-video and VOD rights for Robert Pattinson “Good Time” in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.  I realise Cinando isn’t always accurate, but I’m going with this for now.
