Robert Pattinson and the Safdie Brothers Discuss Good Time

There are so many great interviews from this promo tour.  I really wanted background to these characters after I saw Good Time the first time, so I’m glad I can have a bit more information now from Robert and the Safdies about how they came about to create this fabulous role for Robert.

UPDATED: 22 AUGUST 2017

The Hollywood Reporter shared some of their interview with Robert and the Safdie Bros:

“Stopping by The Hollywood Reporter offices to talk about the film, Pattinson discussed changing his physicality and accent for the role of Connie. “I’ve always really liked figuring out what the voice of a character is,” he said of learning the Queens accent. “An accent is not just from the place. There’s a reason someone speaks like that. You can almost tell what the area is like because of the accent and from what the area is like you can tell how they grew up — it’s kind of like reverse-engineering a character.”

I watched this interview last night. The Safdies have such great chemistry with Rob. “No-one EVER thinks of me!” LMAO. “We agreed to do a movie which didn’t exist, based on nothing.” Sounds like a Seinfeld episode …… on crack!
