Experimental Friday: The Rover/Rey edits
Happy Friday to one and all! So. The Rover – how incredible, moving and amazing is it? Tell me tell me. It seems like the more I want to see something but can’t (release in August is just cruel!) – the more edits I do! Go figure….here’s a selection from recent weeks – mainly close ups of beautiful, heart breaking Rey to be honest. Bonus points for figuring out any lyrics used *looks at Carmel who is usually very good at that!*
For anyone who isn’t already aware(!!), there’s a freaking awesome new David Michôd fansite – Michôd’s Kingdom – (thank you Maria for being true to your word and starting this!!) which we’re contributing to and below is my first edit. awww 🙂 Anyway, hope you enjoy these….

Oh Jules, these are just too too beautiful for words. Have been sitting here for ages scrolling through them over & over – LOVE. I cannot wait for August to be here so you can see Rob as Rey. You are going to adore him, just absolutely ADORE him. Thank you so much for sharing with us Jules.

Haha thanks for the shout out Jules – it’s all our baby at the moment. Lovely David deserves to be celebrated that’s for sure.
These edits though – like with Rob – we need to come up with new words. The usual superlatives just don’t cut it with these outstanding pieces of art

Oh, Jules – deprivation does wonderful things for your creativity – these are all extraordinary! I’m thick as a brick when it comes to music lyrics – I don’t know any of them! Whichever songs they come from, they suit the images so well – you have a real talent for matching words to pictures. Yes, Mr Michod is certainly a talented man. Think I’ll mosey on to Michod’s Kingdom right after I finish smacking my lips at all the goodies at RPAU. Thank you for sharing these beauties, Jules.
