I LOVE this new still of Rob & Guy. Guy is featured on the front of Film Comment Magazine along with this article. There are a few little details about the plot, but nothing super spoilerish.

    Love it!

@Maria, thanks so much for the getting around Sydney info. Now I just hope I can get a flight from Melb. for that long weekend.

I’ve must say, this looks like another fantastic role for Guy, too. He has made some awesome choices over the years, and I’m so thrilled that he did this movie with Rob.

Looks like it’s go to be a fun weekend in Sydney all round @Silvie & Michelle! Can’t wait. Have to break the news to hubby sometime soon LOL.

Can I tag along with some people to the premiere? My usual companion is worried about the crazies and decided to give it a miss. I will not miss this!

Ha their loss not yours @Sare. I really doubt the crazies will venture to Sydney Film Festival. The BD2 Fan event although on a Monday was pretty tame.

Lol that’s what I was thinking @Maria. So is there a red carpet for the 7th?

Great article. Nicely written. Thanks for bring it to us Michelle

@Sare – Who is calling me crazy?

Yes there is a red carpet but nothing like what they did for WFE. It’s usually just up Market Street between Pitt Street and George Street. That’s been my experience when I worked near the State Theatre years ago.

@Sare, I must admit when I read your comment, my first thought was “No, we’re the oldies, not the crazies”. LOL. Hopefully they won’t be asking us to scream on cue this time around…..

Oh God @Sue I completely wiped that from my memory – except the part where we stood there and refused LOL

Holy shit, they ASKED you to scream?!!! How perverse. Lord, I loathe the media sometimes. As someone who can’t make it to Sydney for this pilgrimage, to all you girls who can, have a wonderful time and take lots of pics for us miserable unfortunates unable to make it.
