O.M.G!!!! It’s a date 😀

The 3rd AACTA Awards – January 30, 8:30pm on NETWORK TEN (the girls will jump in here if there’s any further specific information they have re viewing etc since I’m an out of towner….)

As you all know (but I didn’t, so humour me lol) the AACTA Awards recognise the best in Australian film and television each year. Sooo really, where better to unleash a preview of David Michôd’s The Rover. Here is @AACTA’s tweet:

YES!!!!! Will be mind-melded to my TV set on Thursday night, and God help anyone or anything that tries to interfere! I wasn’t able to see the Golden Globes last year when Rob was on because I don’t get Foxtel and I haven’t once seen the Dior ad on TV either. Either I don’t watch enough tube or it’s a bloody conspiracy to stop me seeing Rob! So, Thursday the TV is MINE. Thanks Jules for letting us know!

Oh God. That means it is real! I didn’t just dream that Rob came to Australia and worked with our best to produce a bit of Aussie film magic. I am pinching myself right now.
