Jules’ Fave Rob moments in 2013..

Right folks, my turn….ugh! this was difficult, as usual – seriously, what a year!! Buckle up – for some reason I feel compelled to ramble and give you a few edits – please humour me 😉 Without further ado I’m posting this now before I change my mind about anything AGAIN!! *giggles*

Fave Photoshoot

Dior Homme.  Everything about the Dior Homme campaign is classy and beautiful and the various images from his photoshoot have been all that and more. I’ve struggled, seriously struggled, to narrow it down to just two and I adore, ADORE this image here as his smile makes everything better.

However, if I’m forced to make a choice 😉 I’d have to go with one of the first images we got of DiorRob – there is something challenging in his directness, staring into the camera and looking into us all. Well, it might just be me who feels like that but it’s a truly captivating, beautiful face which the photographer captured so perfectly.

Fave New Anticipated Movie Role

Mission: Blacklist or Life or The Rover or MTTS or Lost City– ugh. Seriously? The filming pics we were treated to for The Rover and MttS were out of this world *flails* BUT I guess if you were to threaten to withdraw all my Rob folders unless I made a decision THEN I’d perhaps choose….Mission: Blacklist which is perhaps one of the more troubled projects over this year with the changes it’s seen. We love an underdog here in Britain so I’m rooting for this and I hope with all my heart it survives and that Rob gets the chance to bring Eric’s truly remarkable story to the big screen. It’s one that deserves to be told and I trust Rob to not only be a driving force within this project as the central character but to do so with the respect and sensitivity it deserves. I have a brother in the armed forces so it’s perhaps also a personal thing too. 🙂

Fave Public Appearance

I’ve plumped for the Australians In Film Awards & Benefit Dinner back in October. It was wonderful to see him there enjoying himself and up on stage – owning it – to present an award. Here’s to many more Aussie/Rob collaborations in future as it certainly looks like there’s a mutual respect for all concerned and it’s a wonderful thing to behold.  Look at this face….

Fave Dior Moment
Good grief – DiorRob surpassed many fantasies and created many more I think.  Absolutely out of this world.  My chosen moment was very nearly the whole commercial but I’ve actually gone with Rob’s official Dior interview – hearing him talk about it was such a treat and to me he looks so proud of being the face of this prestigious name and range of products. As are we all – as are we all. Just thinking about that interview now and hearing his beautiful voice, has me grinning like a fool. Ugh! 🙂 I loved the interviews he gave for Dior’s launch as they all managed to emphasise a fresh start and were all, by and large, so very positive. It was just SO much better to see him speak for himself here – as always.

Fave Unexpected Rob Moment

LA Children’s hospital visit/GO GO Gala.  The generosity and kindness of Robert isn’t unexpected at all but both of these were beautiful, shining moments in this year and I had to include them somewhere. 😀 It was such a joy and privilege to be allowed to see his participation in both and would have made such a difference to those involved I’m sure; whether it was brightening the day and providing wonderful memories for the children in hospital, their families and the hard working staff or helping to immeasurably improve lives in countries much less fortunate than our own. Robert Pattinson is a beautiful soul since….well, forever. It’s impossible not to enjoy those images without smiling right along with him and that in itself is a gift. Anyway, here’s just one edit from each….

There you have it – my choices from an amazing Rob year, he truly is a gift. Here’s to 2014….I hope it’s freaking amazing for Rob in everything he does (and there’s going to be SO much!!), he deserves the very BEST always. Wishing everyone all the best for the New Year – I hope it’s wonderful for us all. Thank you again for all your amazing support throught 2013 – I really can’t wait to share 2014 with you all.  *hugs*
