So here’s my ‘gift’….I have noted at some point you said this photo was one of your favourites and so I tried to colour it O.o I am always so convinced that I make anyone I’ve tried to add colour to look like an oompa loompa (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) that I tend not to post them. Sorry I chose your birthday to experiment Maria! 😛 I sincerely hope you enjoy this <3

Jules, this is why you are nominated as Photoshop Queen of the Decade (well, you ought to be!) I love your style, your design, your flair – truly inspirational. I don’t love the coloured version. I ADORE it! You made me forget that the original was black and white. This is gorgeous, and so NOT oompah loompah (where the hell did that thought come from???? his skin colour is perfect!) This awesome site is so lucky to have you on board. We’re ALL birthday girls today, not just Maria. Oooh, it’s more like Christmas, actually! Seriously, it feels like my birthday now hahaha Colouring black and white images is probably one of my least favourite things for me as I find it so hard to get a ‘realistic’ tone so I’m THRILLED you liked this and didn’t find him too orange a la Oompa Loompa 😉 LOL I only meant resembled as in colouring – you are causing trouble @Sue, @vertigo 😛
