Has she gone? Because there was a false start there I think. Oh Rob – you are such an intelligent man – clearly by doing this shoot you will get rid of the driftwood that still believe you are Edward Cullen and NOT Robert Pattinson. If you’re offended by that comment – then well yes you are on the wrong site – run along now because the true fans of Rob, the ones that accept his decisions and support him, well they’ve shown themselves here tonite not that Michelle and I ever doubted you. All I can say is – if this shoot is offensive then what would they think of his role as Salvador. Rob just keep on doing what you’re doing – we love it.

I missed the drama last night and I must say I am very glad I did.
I love, love, love the Details photo shoot & the accompanying article. I know when they where 1st posted I just wanted to share my excitement with other like minded Rob fans. Holly Hell the pics are so hot! But there were too many JulieRs out there that just wanted to ruin MY experience. They have no right to do that. So I came home to RPAU.
I’m so pleased you kicked her off. This site is for feeling good about my guilty pleasures. M&M have given me the perfect safe place and I thank them together with all you other beautiful Ladies.

Drama @Carmel – what drama. That was a bit of fun. Clearly as I said – if the shoot is not your thing, well then move on. Here at RPAU we love it – it’s a work of art – seriously that photgraphy is brilliant and I’m not fussed about the nudity – obviously. We respect Rob at RPAU – that much has to be clear. He’s a man foremost, then an artist. I mean if that photography is offensive then I suppose half of Michelangelo’s artwork is too. And before you all get excited and tell me you’d love a re-enactment of David – I have the admin power to delete – remember. Oh I suppose I will be told that it’s a different form of art – yep that it is because we are now in the 21st century in case you hadn’t noticed.
If Rob chooses to do this type of shoot – I will support him 100% – he has clearly shown to me that he definitely is not a puppet. Oh and I only realised that he was referred to as “our rpattz” late last night. Sorry – he ain’t mine and I don’t pretend to lay any claim to him. Rob is his own person – surely that much must be clear to any real fan. And as for the moniker RPattz – I hate it – his name is Robert – use it.
And as for being kicked off – well she’s welcome to come back but she can leave the condescending and offensiveness at the door.

i think Rob was very brave to do a shoot like this…I wonder what JulieR would have called it if ROB was naked AS well??!! I know all he would look like to me is pure art perfection, and then i would pass out!! LMAO!!

We have to respect Rob’s decision to do the photoshoot. I’m sure he did it for a reason and he’s entitled to it. Also sure that a lot of thought went into this project.
Maria, does Rob have the final say/edit the trancript of his interview before it goes to print? ~~ To avoid taking his quote out of context and not sensationalising his words.
It’s entirely different when Rob is doing video interviews coz the manner the says stuff with humour are endearing and doesn’t mean being “cheap/vulgar”.

In this photoshoot Robert proved to know how to be believable not only in mainly “image-based” roles, as in Twilight, but also in the future, more mature, roles which are lining up on his horizon, see Bel Ami or Water for Elephants.
Robert is a gorgeous man, with a complicated and fascinating mind. Somebody perhaps won’t understand or won’t accept this evolution (1% )…that’s a pity, since they’re losing his best side.
Here in Italy however 99% of the people understood and approved – strongly!
PS.. your blog is beautiful and has lots of followers on this side of the world. Keep on going!

@Addy – I don’t think Rob has final control over the interview, although I expect he may have had a little more input since it was Jenny, but as you say print is always so different to visual and so it’s always going to be taken out of context. I’m just surprised that people harped on about certain things that were said – rather than pay attention to the interview as a whole. I mean do they not pay attention to this man at all? Sarcasm is something he is very good at. As you no doubt all know given the amount of opinion I have voiced on this photoshoot – I think Rob definitely needed to weed out the Rob fans from the Cullen fans and I have to say the Rob fans definitely won big time.
