 Cinepolitica International Film Festival (Romania) announced today:

“Child area of a leader / The Childhood of a Leader , the debut of actor Brady Corbet, a co-production UK-Hungary-France, double awarded in the Film Festival in Venice in 2015, will close the fifth edition of International Film Festival CINEPOLITICA (April 13 to 17, Bucharest, Cinema Elvira Popescu). directorial debut of Brady Corbet is extremely ambitious and maddening, but it is foolish auspicious” – Variety boldly creative American director Brady Corbet weave in a unique manner the backdrop of the Peace Treaty of Versailles, a story that wants to be a true psychoanalysis of the main character, a boy tormented by demons times they will turn into a future dictator. The film sparked controversy by addressing its unparalleled, and the viewer needs courage.”

The Festival runs from 13 to 17 April 2016 at the Elvira Popescu Cinema and is in it’s fifth year. This year Cinepolitica “will bring you carefully selected films, shocking and powerful, but also debates and special events. Each year, Cinepolitica aims, through the help of the art of cinema, to reveal to the audience the mechanisms and political motivations that affect us all.”  Fascinating.
