Words cannot express how much I adore Rob as Salvador & this beautiful movie…
Happy Saturday all! 🙂
Am in the mood for some smoking Rob… 🙂
Â
For those who are new to RPAU and may not have understood Jules’ tweet that she was watching Bel Ami as homework for Golden Years, I thought I’d shed some light. Back in 2010 we decided to run a series called “Golden Years of Rob on Screen 2004-2010 “.  As Vertigo mentioned back in 2010 “we love nothing more than to celebrate Rob and his career on a daily basis, we will be bringing you a series of goodness as we take a closer look at and appreciate Rob’s on screen performances“.
I’m happy to say that the continuation of this series is coming … we left off at Eclipse so we have a few more films to share and celebrate. During the series we focus on one of Rob’s films for a week and we each post our favourite scene, a montage, some gifs or whatever takes our fancy. We might even do little vids and snippets of interviews. You never know when the post will appear or what we’ve decided for that day. But to get you in the mood, here’s some examples of what you should expect:
Toby Smoking Is Bad For Health:
Here’s Vertigo’s favourite scene from Remember Me ( “French Toast Anyone?” – love reading what we were thinking back then)
Today I felt like looking back at all the brilliant characters Rob has treated us to in his career so far.  I cannot wait for all the ones we are yet to meet.  Exciting times ahead for us Rob fans, very exciting 😀
Rawdy Crawley – Vanity Fair
Giselher – Ring Of The Nibelungs
Cedric Diggory – Harry Potter & The Goblet Of Fire
Toby Jugg – The Haunted Airman
