PEOPLE TALKING ROB: Andy Serkis Talks Working with Robert Pattinson on #TheBatman

Andy Serkis during a Q&A for Venom2 was asked about working with Rob on The Batman. Here’s what he had to say:

So I said I can’t talk about Batman but you’re asking me what it’s like to work with Robert Pattinson. It was great. He is an extraordinary actor. He has proved himself to be one of the most versatile character actors in recent times. He’s gone from that massive success with Twilight and now through, all his very interesting choices with smaller budget, but really interesting movies, I think he’s really proven himself to be a brilliant actor. And I loved working with him. But it was very funny that we were doing one of our most intimate scenes and at lunchtime I went back to my trailer and the producers came down and said “Rob’s got COVID” and they closed the whole production down. Which was great because I managed to take 2 weeks off.
