Following up on our Sunday sessions with Rob interview from the Cosmopolis promo, I couldn’t resist posting this compilation of highlights I put together back in 2012.
This always makes me so happy and if you have a spare 6 mins, press play and relive the moments. If you were not with us back then, I hope you enjoy.

How much I love that movie, I have seen it multiple times, thanks to the amazing director David Cronenberg who chose a young actor to star in his movie, who would be in every scene, the scene he has with Paul Giamatti was riveting. I love the movie when you look around now and see we are heading that way, Cosmopolis wow what a moving and what a performance from Rob Brilliant.

Oh wow, so many good memories. Watching that compilation video was fabulous, thanks Maria. Funnily enough, there is a giant (& I mean GIANT!) blow-up rat, sitting on a van, on 5th Avenue, right near where we are staying here in New York. It’s there just about every time we walk by. It always reminds me of the giant rat scene in Cosmopolis. Oh, and for those who are interested, we had dinner at Pearl Street Diner a few nights ago. Loved it! Didn’t let on re how I knew about it until well into our burgers LOL!

Fabulous Sue – I loved Pearl Street Diner. Did you sit in Rob’s booth? Also, if you get a chance they have Dior Rob playing on the TV screenings in Century 21 Department Store (Cortland St).

That was AWESOME! It’s been so long since I saw this it felt like the first time.
I reference the prose and ideas from Cosmopolis constantly. Most movies don’t ahe well but Cosmopolis’ brilliance grows rather than fades.

So true Carmel, it’s a masterpiece, it should be shown again and see what the critics who at the time were very look warm toward it what would they review it the second time around. But then again they seem to have only one eye open when they review Robs movies, they seem to be brainless or they leave what little brain they have in the to hard basket. Cosmopolis in a few more years, will receive the accolades. And Robert Pattinson will be applauded for his mesmerising portrayal
