Robert Pattinson: RPAU Week in Review 29 August to 4 September 2016

THE CHILDHOOD OF A LEADER:  We posted last week that Italy had a distributor, but what we didn’t know then that Fil Rouge Media not only had full media rights, but would also distribute in Switzerland (Italian speaking of course). Cinesky Pictures will release the film in November for In Flight Entertainment on airlines.  Also, Riga International Film Festival announced their lineup this week which includes the film, lucky people.  DAMSEL: We posted last week that the film had officially wrapped & now IMDbPro has the film listed as being in ‘Post-production’  One step closer, cannot wait.  THE LOST CITY OF Z: This week we learnt via The Hollywood Reporter of the film acquiring North American distribution at Amazon Studios, such great news.  And The Film Stage included The Lost City of Z as one of the films most anticipated at Film Festivals. THE TRAP:  Still a little bit of chatter that this film may eventually be made.  Fingers crossed. IN OTHER NEWS: Jules treated us to a wonderful edit of Rey from The Rover, we took some walks down memory lane with some old faves & updated everyone on where we can pre-order Queen Of The Desert Blu-ray/DVD here in Australia.  September 29 is just around the corner now.  FOXTEL are also treating us again this month with a selection of Rob’s movies – love it.  Until next week…
