According to the official website Queen of the Desert will be released in late 2015 or early 2016.  Now it makes sense why we haven’t had more release dates or that they are tired of being harassed with the same question over and over:

    Wow. That is such a delay from when the movie was wrapped in a bow and ready. This is an interesting business.
