Cosmopolis Screening At State Library Of Queensland On 13 April 2014

How exciting is this AND it is 100% free. Â Here’s all the info from State Library Of Queensland Website:
Author Don DeLillo’s study of collapse and re-birth in the world of high-end corporate trading is adapted by the legendary director David Cronenberg, as we spend one day with a fading king of the 20th century staring down the barrel of an unknowable future.
This film is screened as part of our SLiQ flicks Sunday free film program. In April, to complement the Experimenta Speak to Me exhibition, we’ve chosen films exploring the new world of technology — how has it changed us, and how do we relate to each other in a world where the basic act of communication shifts like water around us?
When:Â Sun 13 Apr 2014, 2:00 pm – 04:00 pm
Venue:Â SLQ Auditorium 1, level 2
Cost: Free, no bookings required.
Thanks so much to Sue for letting us know. Â Eric Packer on the big screen again – talk about exciting. Â Enjoy him Sue & everyone else who attends 😀
