No Viggo? – say it isn’t so 🙁 Â David was asked about Maps To The Stars during his interview with Details & this is what he had to say:
DETAILS: Maps to the Stars is supposed to start shooting in May. Have you been able to sign Robert Pattinson, Viggo Mortensen, and Rachel Weisz?
DAVID CRONENBERG: I don’t think Viggo will be able to do it, but with the other two, so far, so good. Have they signed? No. But they have a verbal commitment if everything works out and if other things don’t come along. It’s still very possible for the three of them, but it’s far from certain. That’s life in the indie film world.

Oh no! Oh no no no! I was soooo excited at the prospect of seeing Viggo and Rob together in a movie and now I feel deflated. Still excited about it of course but…
No Viggo…?!!! Still, let’s keep positive. It could be worse – it could be Rob’s involvement in jeopardy. Wipe that – let’s keep positive! David, we’re gunning for you – hope your dream cast comes together.
