Rob is no doubt on everyone’s list – well every woman that has a pulse, but I liked that Teen.com said:

“This isn’t just a round-up of hot guys. (Because that could go on for days.) No, no — we’re choosing the top 12 male celebrities who are not only ridiculously good-looking, but also had a kick-butt year as far as their performances in movies & music, and on TV.”
