Well Josh “Fangirl” Horowitz should be beside himself. But can I just get one thing off my chest. I’m so sick and tired of all the “tweet us your questions” when the hell did these “celebrity reporters” get so freakin lazy and get fans to do their jobs. It’s like everything that was promoted in Australia was tweet us your questions, post your questions on Facebook. Here’s a novel concept – why don’t YOU all do some research and actually understand and get to know the person you are interviewing rather than allowing for embarrassing questions like “you’ve just finished filming The Rover”.   Sorry I had to get that off my chest because I’ve seen the questions “fans” pose and they have little if anything to do with the actual movie.
According to MTV:
“Get ready for an extra-special dose of “Breaking Dawn” goods Thursday, November 1, at 8 p.m. ET, when MTV News presents “MTV First: The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2,” an exclusive sit-down with Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, during which they will introduce a never-before-seen clip from the film on MTV. [“never before seen” – I find this hard to believe since haven’t we seen the entire movie in either still, clip or interview form]
Following the on-air introduction of the exclusive clip, the “Twilight” trio will stick around for a lengthy interview on MTV.com and will joined by other castmembers as well. Fans can get in on the action immediately by submitting video or text questions beginning today via MTV.com or Twitter (@MTVNews, hashtag #AskTwilight).
…
Last but certainly not least, MTV will present a “Twilight Takeover” on Saturday, November 10, and Sunday, November 11, hosted by MTV News’ Josh Horowitz, who will treat fans to a series of exclusive MTV moments from the very first interview with the cast through his latest exclusive interviews. The moments will appear throughout the weekend around MTV’s scheduled programming.”
Oh great way to get everyone to watch MTV over that weekend. Shame you won’t let anyone OUTSIDE the US view things though.
Oh god…I’m over this already and it’s only just starting….only good thing about it we get to see and hear Rob. And you know Maria another thing that really irked me was those “blokey’ interviewers for want of a better description acting like they where “best mates” with Rob WTF? Anyway thanks Maria.
On a positive note …… I could watch that little gif forever!
Totally agree re the questions (& the lazy-arse interviews) Maria. Funny thing is, I have a whole bunch of (not-so-young) friends who I’ve previously ‘dragged’ along to the other Twilight movies ~ this time they’re all ASKING me when we’re going……seems they all want to see ‘the ending’. Either the marketing is working, or friends are just thrilled that this the last time they’ll have to endure the Edward & Bella saga with me!
*back to watching that sweet little gif*
@cindy I hear ya and Jackie O’s over familiarity with her “oh Rob” so unprofessional but it confirms why I don’t listen to them
Make the most of it MTV. Yeah, that’s all i’ve got at this point!!!! OVER IT!!
Am so with you girls. All of this cannot end quick enough!
Love that .gif Maria. That I could watch all day 😀
I guess my gif this morning was a premonition that we were about to see Rob playing piano
@Sue I don’t really know anyone that is hanging to see this movie – honestly. Up until yesterday even I wasn’t going to bother – but I’ve been asked to do something so we shall see
Bahahaha, @Maria. In one. “tweet your questions”, like there’s not enough people sending copious amounts crap over cyberspace already. Yeah be the ‘journalists’ you’re paid to be, peoples! Even the news desks are relying on social media for news content now, so maybe that’s the new definition of journalism?
I agree re the Tweeting of questions. Lame and Lazy
I’m in gif heaven today. Thanks girls
