Rob’s voice first thing in the morning *sigh*
You would think the main purpose of a promo tour would be to reach as many people as possible. I can not understand what the brief was for this whirlwind visit. I wonder if it is like this in all the countries

@Carmel as bitter as this sounds, I don’t get why they couldn’t sell tickets to a Q&A like most countries and then give away VIP passes so that you could ask Rob your question. This “intimate” Q&A is an insult to fans of both the Twilight Saga and Rob. If I had had the chance to buy a ticket and missed out – I would have accepted it. But being told there’s a red carpet, where you know it’s highly likely that Rob will be ushered inside with only a handful of fans getting a chance to have him sign or take a pic. All I have to do is remember the Toronto premiere and outside GMA.
I’m preparing myself for disappointment that’s for sure.

I don’t think that sounds bitter Maria, it’s how we all feel. Having the opportunity but missing out is totally different to just being shunned and lets face it that’s what’s happened here. I have everything crossed but am also ready for disappointment.

Not bitter at all Maria, right there with you. The fact that we never even got the chance is something that is SO hard to swallow. Like both you & Vicky said, if tickets had been available & we’d missed out, that would have been easier to accept but not even getting the chance to attend & show Rob our support – so unfair.
Trying to remain hopeful but ready for disappointment too.

I’m with you, Ladies. So sad that Rob’s biggest supporters also turn out to be the most disappointed. Sucks.
I’ve been hoping to read that at least ONE RPAU lady was lucky enough to win a ticket to the Q & A. Guess our questions weren’t ‘creative’ enough ….. I’m sure our DOB had NOTHING to do with it. ……

It’s really bizarre, you’d think we would have heard of at least one person who has won, but nothing.

I’ll put my hand up as a bit bitter. We don’t get many Rob opportunities Down Under, so showing us one and yanking it away is wrong on every level. Plus, is straight out does not make sense to me to spend all that money to get Rob here and hide him away from his fans. It really bugs me.
Notwithstanding that – It isn’t over till Rob gets back on that airplane. I expect nothing but will still keep my fingers crossed that one of us has some luck.
