Ok ladies, just got home from seeing Cosmopolis. We went to the 7:30 showing, got there at 6:45 and it was sold out! I couldn’t believe it, but was happy that it was. We bought tickets for the next showing which was at 10pm. That was almost sold out too. and that was 3 hours before it even started. By 9:30 it was sold out completley, but I had my tickets.
I think it was amazing. I would have to say it was a bit better then the book, and Rob was absofuckinglutely brilliant!!!! He was amazing in it. He blew me away with his performance! My brother and one of my friends went with me. Neither of them have read the book. They both liked it too. My brother thought Rob did a great job playing Eric, and my friend borrowed my book, she really enjoyed the movie.
Off to bed I go, it’s so late, but the cinema was far, but so worth it. God I can’t wait to see it again, and again, and again. At least 8 time. After all Rob did asked us, and I must obey. Good night my lovies. Sweet dreams.
Squeeeee I can finally say I saw it. Wow!

You’ve seen Eric Martha – am SO thrilled for you!!!! That’s fantastic that your screenings were sold out/almost sold out. Rob is just absolutely BRILLIANT isn’t he, no words can do his performance as Eric justice. I long for the day when I can see him again. Great to hear you brother & friend enjoyed too – always love hearing that. Bring on your next screenings. Sweet dreams 😀

Ladies – I just saw that Rob was going to featured on The Fashion Police – Not as a guest, but reviewing his red carpet look. We all know he should get best dressed.
It is airing now if you have Foxtel

That’s fantastic Martha. I’m soooooo happy to hear about the sold out status. Rob is brilliant. You’re right, Rob did ask us to buy 8 tickets….I haven’t seen it 8 times but I’m ready to go again tomorrow night.
Carmel, I heard about the Fashion Police, I’ve never seen it but I missed it anyway. I’m sure he go amazing reviews…he just sizzles. 🙂

Loved reading your comments, Martha ~ so great that the cinemas have been full. Can’t wait for you to see it again ~ it honestly just gets more addictive with every viewing! My local cinema is still showing 3 sessions a day for the next week, which makes me smile. And yeah, since Rob asked us to buy 8 seats, I think it only fair that we obey if we can!

YAY it’s still showing at the Nova, guess I’ll see it again tomorrow. This gives me something to look forward to at the end of a working yucky day.
