Walk Down Memory Lane: Collectormania Style

Seeing as I was talking about Collectormania a couple of days back, thought I would share some faves from Rob’s appearances at Collectormania GMEX & Collectormania 9 both in 2006. I cannot say enough how much I adore these pics & the wonderful memories that go with them.

And a couple of vids:

“No one’s rude or anything, everyone sort of just comes up & just talks, they just genuinely like the film so it’s quite nice”  – how I miss those days.  How different they were.

Thank you so, so much for posting these, Michelle! I have no time now, but I can’t wait to get back on RPAU tonight to watch these vids again! Wow, our boy has certainly grown into that perfect jaw rather nicely!!! Again thank you!

Awww I love Rob at Collectormania and as for the vids. I just remembered the conversation I had with James and Oliver in October last year when I had them sign a pic that *cough* may or may not have also had Rob in it *cough*. Is that Rob? *giggles*

Thanks Michelle..just love it. Actually any news as to where Cosmopolis will be showing in Australia? I’ve just checked Hoyts and I don’t think I saw anything there. I hope it’s happening. xx

@Silvie, you’ll find Cosmopolis listed under the coming soon section on Hoyts’ site. It’s also listed on Palace Cinemas, Village & Greater Union. We’re waiting to hear from ICON as to how limited the release will be, so fingers crossed they’ll have some news soon 😀 3 weeks to go *claps hands*

I went back to look at some footage after your last post too Michelle. It is a great idea to do a post.

I realize it was a while ago since you posted these, but these pictures of Rob from collectormania are some of my favorites and are so beautiful. Thanks for sharing them. Don’t know if Rob ever reads those comments, but I sincerely hope he realizes how much I love, or like, him in spite of the fact that he and I may never meet.

Is there a way I can delete the previous comment? or some of it at least? I’m still a big Rob fan, but am hoping those comments were worded right to convey a positive impression, that’s all.

Hi Leah – what part do you want me to delete? I didn’t read any of that as being negative at all – I thought it was really sweet that you acknowledged you may never meet him and that didn’t change how you felt about him. And dream big girl – I never thought I would meet him face to face either and well – the interview on the sidebar disproved that 🙂
