Another interview from the Berlin Press Junket – thank you for not dubbing over Rob, much appreciated! Nothing new asked here really but that’s always made up for with Rob’s answers. Cosmopolis has now been released in Germany – lucky Germans. 26 days to go & then it will be our turn – bring it on!!! 😀

I do admire the way Rob ploughs through these questions always providing interesting answers despite the questions. I wonder why these interviewers don’t take up some of the leads from what he says. They have their script and stick to it.

He really does Carmel, his answers always make everything worth while. *shakes head at the questions* I mean you have Rob in front of you, ask the man some interesting questions!! We could do a much better job than the majority of these ‘journalists’

Totally agree @Carmel & Michelle. “Ploughing” is a perfect description…..fortunately he has a wonderfully calm disposition and tries to make the best of it, while staying genuine.

“I’m gonna end up in therapy” ~ yeah, somehow I think you’re the least likely to end up in therapy, Rob. And that belly button/finger up the a… comment was hilarious ~ another classic Rob moment.

I was going to agree with you all re the questions, but have you seen the way Rob stares and focuses on the interviewer – just imagine being on the other end of that stare – braincells out the window ladies LOL. I’m surprised they can form a sentence.

And I love watching Rob brace himself re the question about women.

Oh brother – I see what you mean ladies about the quality of questions. I’m writing this comment as I watch. I’m so over the Germans attempts at whatever they think they are attempting. He’s promoting Cosmopolis. What do you really want him to say in answer to those questions. I’m pretty sure Alfama and David Cronenberg are thrilled that you are promoting a movie that has nothing to do with them – at all. How freakin rude.

@Maria ~ I get what you’re saying about being on the end of that stare. Not sure exactly how I’d fare, but I’d sure like to try it sometime. Just sayin’….. LOL

I agree with all of you 100%. And I’m so glad his voice wasn’t dubbed thank God for that.
