Um why is Edward at the back? I see they are still promoting “pussy Edward”. ugh it’s not making me want to go and see this film … I loathed the book.
Oh and for those who think i’m being harsh about “Bella” being the protective mother – it’s just Edward is from an era where men are the protectors .. he’s been old fashioned about everything else – why would this be any different.
And stop photoshopping him shorter – Rob’s legs are much longer than that!
This looks like a catalogue for Target’s new range of jackets and scarves.

*nods* to your comments Maria. I cannot wait for November to come & go so Rob can be free of these movies once & for all. The book was ridiculous, plain & simple. I’ll see it for Rob as always, but as far as excitement for the movie – nope!

Lol @Sue I had to stop sometimes they give me so much material I feel I could do a standup routine. I had to cleanse my eyes with some Eric 😀 At least the haircut is intentional!

Soooo right @maria and @michelle!!!! My first reaction was “I don’t like it!!! Edward looks wrong!!!!” I did not however notice that he’d been shrunk…..*shakes head*….
I also loathed the book – I’m going to read the second half again very quickly to refresh my memory because that was the part that bored me to tears and I can’t remember much of it at all.
I wonder if the director has any say over these promo pics???? Probably not as the studio has a large Marketing department. I would like to think that Bill Condon would have rejected this.

You need to read the book again, Bella is a shield so she is protecting her family Maria. Cindy you need to look up the definition of Troll, nobody is trashing the site as its an incredible site, its just some Rob fans don’t like anyone trashing Twilight so if I am a troll then so are the people who make these comment and as Michelle says everyone is entitled to there opinion. I like the photo can’t see anyone else in it anyway, just looking into Rob’s beautiful eyes.

I don’t like to speak on Maria’s behalf Lynda but I know that she, like me couldn’t bear to read the book again. Once was enough. Look the thing is, I’m not a Twilight fan, I only watch because of Rob, pure & simple. You all know the story so am not going to repeat it. Cindy is looking out for us, she is a good friend of ours & her use of the word troll is spot on. Many times people have came to our site & attacked us personally for our comments, you included. As I said, everyone is entitled to their opinion, freedom of speech & all but many times we have been abused for simply doing that, voicing our opinion & that is what Cindy is referring to. We don’t go onto other sites & attack people who disagree with us & expect the same treatment in return. We are Rob fans – a Rob site, we support Rob in Twilight but we’re not Twilight fans.

Lynda Breaking Dawn is the only book of the series that I refuse to read again – please don’t make me. I didn’t enjoy it the first time and I doubt I will on further reads. I thought it was ridiculous and cringed as I read knowing that they would eventually make this into a movie. I know Bella is a shield – it’s ridiculous that she all of a sudden gets “special powers” – it seemed more science fiction than horror to me and she completely changed Edward. And let’s not go down the – you can have her on weekends/i’ll have her on weekdays because that’s just creepy.
And please we’ve had this argument before – if you are a Twi fan and discovered Rob that way that’s good, but I discovered Rob before Twilight and endure the Saga because of him. Nothing is going to make me love it. Not even Rob.

Oh Maria THIS made me snort out loud – yes snort it was well beyond a giggle “This looks like a catalogue for Target’s new range of jackets and scarves”. Oh and when I saw the first glimpse of this picture I thought they were dolls. I fear its going to be a loooong and drawn out promo period but at least by then we will have our DVD’s of Georges and Eric to keep us going 🙂 Whay can’t they make a Georges doll, now THAT would be fantastic!
For the record I can’t stand the last book either. If that bothers anyone, build a bridge. I am here for Rob. That is all.

What a fabulous idea @Lise-Lou re the Georges doll. Although I think one of Eric would be gerat – like those old “chrissie” dolls you know – you could give it a haircut and the hair grows back.
