Access Hollywood’s First Look at Breaking Dawn

Here’s Access Hollywood’s first look at Breaking Dawn.  The only thing getting me through this promo (and only just) is Rob and his dulcet tones … I’ve pretty much switched off to everything else.  Thanks to Rachel from NBC for sending us this – it’s always appreciated.

Rob’s heavenly voice – could listen to it all day long *sigh*

The BD promo is so intense – TOO intense. Will not be sorry when it’s over – ALL over. As always, we only ever endure it for Rob. Crazy crazy times – insanity.

Here’s to Robert getting big, fat red tomatoes for all his movie roles.. including these last two!

Ok @Penny I’m a little confused at what you mean? I know you are not a fan of the Twi movies – but you have Rob as your avi so I’m guessing you mean the thumbs up from Rotten Tomatoes … yes?

I had a big long comment written, but I bored myself.

Lets just sum it up this way: whatever you think of twilight (and even Rob), you have to say that his commitment to understanding his characters and the emotions they go through is just wonderful. But I could be a little biased 😉

There is a lot of emotional depth to BD. They really could (the producers I mean) make something interesting and special out of it. Lets hope they do and that Rob’s critics at least have to acknowledge his talent.

@liz I agree totally with your comment about Rob’s commitment.

I too have been umming and ahhing and typing a longer comment, but you know what, you all know what I think about this saga and so I don’t want to get into a debate about it. The proof will be in the pudding, but the over promotion of it just makes me nervous because my experience is that quality speaks for itself and it’s not like they don’t already have a captive market.

Ok clearly I just had to say that LOL

Rob as Edward, stunning. The movie itself, yeah, better I say nothing on that one, I’ve said it all before!!!

It’s the way Rob uses his words not just the accent and the beautiful timber of his voice. His pauses and emphasis are often unexpected and poetic. I could listen to him all day.

Maria, yes I meant RT red toms. For RM and WFE, I checked their site everyday hoping those ‘critics’ would appreciate Rob’s ability and rate favourably. I would not come to this site if I wanted to actually throw tomatoes at him! Sorry if anyone thought that

LOL! @Penny – I thought that’s what you meant but my first reaction was WTF! Thankfully we all clearly kinda understood where you were coming from … 🙂
