Seriously Rob and the Alice in Wonderland statue are probably my favourite RM set pics … apart from the rooftop ones *giggles*. I think we’ve posted a few of these before but I doubt in this size. Anyway who cares it’s Rob thanks to the wonderful Setje and pattinsonlife.

Thank you Michelle! I tried to do this post remotely since about 10 am. Everyone has to thank Michelle for stepping in and coping with my manic emails begging her to fix it. Grrr – oh and I may have almost been busted at work trying to do this prior to Michelle’s handiwork. Yeah I figure the shutting cover of iPad and looking flustered pretty much gave it away that I wasn’t doing work.

Hang on the flustered might also have been due to Rob sucking on the end of his sunnies 😀

Yes, @maria. You don’t need to explain yourself for posting these pics. Their awesomeness speaks for themselves!

Thank you Michelle & Maria for your efforts (and risks) in posting these gorgeous pics.
@Caro, I’ve never had much desire to visit New York but I agree with you – RM wasn’t just an excellent showcase of/for Rob… 🙂 Just wonderful.

Does anyone else get the feeling that watching RM its Rob up there on the screen? I dont know if im making sense

    Maria

    • February 10, 2011 at 12:20 pm

@caro do you mean that we see more of Rob’s true personality than Tyler? We were told that Art is closer to Rob’s real character believe it or not.

Yeah, Like i get the feeling im seeing more Rob in Tyler than I do in any of his other characters, probably because hes playing a normal guy.
But I see it too with Art, it might be the British accent

LOL Maria, almost getting busted, that’s a daily occurence for me. Flustered by Rob sucking on the end of his sunnies, totally understandable!!!

    Thanks ladies.

Thanks @Maria & Michelle for your hard work and for taking such risks. These pictures are beautiful. How funny I was there in New York (but I was there to see a different Brit), I went to central park, I even have a picture of me on The Alice in Wonderland statue. Who would have known that 2 month later I would be insane for this gorgeous creature. I was there 2 week before the premiere of New Moon. I wasn’t a fan at all. If I would have seen him on the statue I probably would have said hi and moved on. Little did I know that he would “rob” my heart and soul.

@Martha M I’m sure you’ve told us, but when did the lightning bolt strike? Was it when you sat down and watched Twilight and he walked into the cafeteria? Personally I loved him jumping out of the tree as Ceddie, but it was Toby that stole my heart completely. Although I swear even though I’ve seen the cafeteria scene plenty – it still takes my breath away.

That’s exactly when he stole my heart@Maria. I never had any interest in the books or the movie, and last January my brother came over, I was watching TV and Twilight was about to start. I was going to change it and he said not to that I would really love the movie (my sister had begged him to read the books, she was all into Twilight and he did & loved them) so I watched and he was right I loved it. It was so strange it was like he took over my life. I didn’t sleep that night just thinking about him & the movie. I called in vacation the next day, and first thing that morning I went & bought the movie and all the books. I read them all within a week. (I called in a lot of vacation during that time). Went on Amazon and ordered all his movies that were already out. I saw GOF for the first time at the same time you had Cedric week (a few months ago) & saw all the HP movies that week also. My HP journey ended at the same time Ceddie week ended. That was a very special week for me. Sorry I always ramble on. When did he steel your heart?

@Martha ceddie got my interest straight away and then I came across the haunted airman and was completely hooked. The cafeteria is probably one of my fave entrances – which is why I use it often in my vids

My pleasure Maria. SO glad I was able to be home to help out. Oh I LOVE you work for giving me two hours off between shifts. I ADORE the RM pics of Rob on the Alice In Wonderland statue – SO good to see these today. Rob & Ruby 😀

Ceddie jumping down from the tree *insert gigantic smile* that was the moment he stole my heart 😀 Ceddie – cannot put into words how much I adore you. The cafeteria scene in Twilight leaves me breathless each & every time *sigh*

That backwards smirk Tyler gives Caroline on the Alice statue makes me want to jump up and hug the guy right there and then. (maybe a few other things too)
@ Martha M – no matter when you get ‘Rob’ it is always intense. I love your story and am very jealous that these places – like the Alice statue in Central Park – are within reach for you. NY has never been on my wish list either, but sitting on that statue may be worth the airfare alone.

    • February 10, 2011 at 6:41 pm

@Carmel New York wasn’t on my wish list either, but like I said I went to go see another Brit, It was Jude Law he was performing Hamlet on Broadway and that’s the only reason I went. I did love New York, but I don’t think I could ever live there. Very different then California. But it is kind of exciting when I see my pictures and I’m there right where Tyler was. I also have a picture of me in Time Square and the back ground has a billboard of New Moon larger than life, and I didn’t even care. But look at me now, even with personalized number plates, so everyone driving behind me knows I’m a ROB LVR.

You girls are wonderful the way you share your Rob stories (mine is boring I’m sure, as I was a Twi-novel fan before the movies). This is indeed a happy home to be in!

Just think; with the wider audience W4E will reach, how many more out there are going to have the lightning bolt for the first time this year? (& will then go on to experience brilliant RM as a consequence) Honestly how much pleasure can one man bring to the world?! *fans self madly* 🙂

@Maria I was going to say it was Dali that stole my heart, but Edward had already stole it. But as you all already know it was Dali that I guess completely stole it. So Toby did it for you huh? I loved the way he kisses Julia at the end of the movie, I know it kind of sick, but he kisses her with such passion.

@Martha – I put this pic up this morning and funny how noone else noticed the pic was missing. So thanks for bringing it to my attention – I can’t see pbucket pics on my iPad. So the choice of pic is very fitting considering i’m now completely frustrated – technology and me were definitely not friends today lol.

PS. I’m always in a mood.

@Maria LOL. Well if technology wasn’t your friend today we would never know it. Everything you girls due is amazing.

@Mema I agree with you it should be Rob in wonderland. Our wonderland. We have something in common. You didn’t read the books until your sister recommended them, and I until my brother did. And he stole both of our hearts when he opened that door to the cafeteria. He took my breath away in that moment.

@ Maria – I noticed but thought you were in the middle of changing the pic. I kept gong back to see what you had chosen. It never occurred to me it was a mistake – you guys do amazing stuff. I bet you’ve all learnt heaps and are now computer gurus as well as Rob gurus.

zLise-lou he sure has. He’s like a magnet, a strong one. We are stuck to him and can’t let go. Not that I want to. He’s brought beauty and dreams to our lives, he’s brought us all together from different parts of the world. I’ve made so many friends here. We are not strangers just faceless friends.
