The most beautiful kind of Art
I know how much we all adore Art so I thought it was about time he had his own montage dedicated to him. I watched How To Be again a couple of days ago on my new TV *grins* & I just love it more & more each time I watch. This montage was always going to be quite large as there is so many beautiful pics to choose from & I just had to include the 8 gorgeous .gifs that I have saved as well. Love these .gifs. They are from some of my most fave moments in the film. Hope your Sunday is going well. I am having a super lazy one today, still recovering from the Christmas madness lol. Thanks to the awesome Madman Entertainment for some of these pics & also howtobederfilm. I can’t remember who made all these .gifs so if it was you please let me know so I can credit.

@Jan – Pleasure. I just absolutely adore this movie. It is fantastic & Rob is just brilliant. Art is too adorable for words. Johnny & Mike always make me laugh too, they are great. Have lost count now on how many times I have watched. Just wondering, have you seen Little Ashes? If you haven’t you must see it, just essential. Rob as Dali is just absolutely BRILLIANT. Hope you had a wonderful Xmas too 😀
Jan
Im seeing Little Ashes at The Astor In Melbourne in the 10th Jan i think it is ? I havent been able to get my hands on a copy yet, waiting for JBHifi to stock it. I am so looking forward to it . And Michelle….Rob is the bomb.
He simply blows our minds
Michelle
@Jan – I thought you may have been in Melbourne but wasn’t sure. Jan 10th sure is the date. So very exciting seeing LA on the big screen. You are going to absolutely LOVE this beautiful film. DVD isn’t available in Australia as yet but of course will be after it’s selected cinema release. Rob certainly is one extremely talented, amazing & special special man. Just no one else like him. We have so many wonderful things to look forward to in the coming year – just cannot wait.

hey Michelle,
great montage once again
Art is lovable, that is plain
i have watched How To Be
at least once or twice daily

2010 will be a year of bounty
cannot wait for all that pretty!
ciao bella
Maria
@Jan you haven’t been able to get your hands on LA yet in Oz because Kojo won’t’ be releasing it until mid year or a little earlier, but it’s definitely being released on DVD in Oz. It’s a brilliant film and I’m just glad when I spoke to Terry from The Astor he was able to include LA into their busy schedule even though he had already finalised it up until April. I hope you enjoy it – I just wish Kojo and I could get a few more States to show it!
Maria
Ah Michelle – Art on a lazy Sunday – what more can we ask for. Just love Rob as Art.

Art is such a great movie. I never get tired of watching it. I just love that Pub gif. It is one of my all time favourite scenes from any Rob movie. Just can’t not smile when seeing Rob as Art.
The Melbourne showing of LA looks like it is going to get the reception it deserves. Well done Maria. This movie has so many beautiful scenes.
I just came back from my 4th viewing of New Moon (because my girls wanted to go again.. just being a good mum). There is nothing like seeing Rob on the big screen, but what we were saying about photoshopping Rob also applies to Edward makeup. They have the perfect man cast for Edward then they change his eyes and put too much makeup on him. I know they have to but it’s such a shame. Then Bella goes and plays with Edward’s jaw in that last kiss. It just kills me.
Sorry, I’m rambling. Thanks for this lovely montage Michelle.

hey you guys,
any idea if we might get to see “Little Ashes” in NZ?
or how to find out about it?
thanks!
Maria
hey @tessANZ I can find out for you since I’m pretty sure Kojo has distribution rights for NZ as well. Do you have any cinemas you can recommend for us to contact?
Temajin

I’m waiting for my copy of Art to arrive this week. Can’t wait. Sadly being in NQ I doubt I shall get an opportunity to see LA until it comes out on DVD, although we have an ‘arty’ cinema complex here so I shall ask.
Also have a copy of Bel-ami due to arrive this week too. Read it such a long time ago so I thought time for another read as a refresher.
Bit sad tomorrow is a public holiday – will have to wait till tuesday for my goodies 😛
Maria
@Willow – if you want to give me name of cinema I can check with Kojo to see if they have been approached. Unfortunately I tried Brisbane, but we haven’t been able to get a positive response from them, Perth or Hobart. Damn shame that. You can send me an email through site if you prefer.
Terri
I too just watched HTB last nite…just like all of his other roles, it was soooo different than our Eddie!
I just can’t wait for Remember Me this spring and keep watching your trailer over and over and over etc, etc.!
Thanks again for all your non-papz pics!
tessANZ
hi Maria,
basically, i will go to any cinema at all to see it!!
i have approached several cinemas i thought were “likely suspects” but they responded with the “we are not planning for it” variety of answers…
at any rate, maybe they have not been approached, eh?
the complex closest to me (and where i organised the Twilight/New Moon double feature premier) is HOYTS complex in Sylvia Park, Auckland, NZ. the other likely ones are Rialto in Newmarket, Auckland and Academy in Central Auckland City. Having said that, SKYCITY cinemas are bringing out Remember Me, so they might be interested. thanks so much for finding out for me. i am happy to approach them again if i have a few names. totally want to see Rob on the big screen in any form or guise! hubby went with me to NM again (have stopped counting how many times after 24!!) and he remarked when our Rob was strutting across the carpark towards Bella “He is like sex on springs!”…i love him! my hubby!! he is my personal Rob!!
look forward to hearing back, Maria. thanks a mountain!
ciao bella
SammiCat
I’ve got this on DVD to watch. am looking forward to it.
thanks for all the pix.
hope you’re all well.
Maria
@tessANZ – Remember Me has Hoyts Distribution behind it & Summit – hence why cinemas are picking that one up. Leave it with me and I will see what we can do re NZ.
Jan
@Maria, you ladies are marvellous and both full of great info an GREAT pics.
please dont stop what you are doing. You keep a lot of people very happy ,myself included.
Willow
Thank you Maria – I have emailed you the local cinema group info. It will be interesting to see if we can manage something. GL
