Good morning everyone, hope your Sunday has started off well. I have found myself in a particularly cheerful mood after seeing Maria’s lovely smiling Rob post. What a wonderful start to the day. Seeing how much I know we all love to see Rob smiling & happy, I thought I would share one more photo with you that I have found.

    Cool, so i’m not the only one who is inspited to work out by Rob – glad to read that someone else is the same. Thanks heaps for these pics, i’m also very glad to see that Rob seems happy..what more could we ask for. Have a great day guys.

    Also, Just wanted to say that I love this website because you all speak plain english and it’s in AU time..

    Wow Michelle, that was certainly worth getting up for this morning. What a lovely picture, he looks very contented. Now i can go about my daily duties happy in the knowledge that all is ok in Robland.
