Here’s a new clip from Little Ashes (only 4 more weeks until the DVD is released in the UK.  Michelle – how many sleeps is that until we get our copies?).  You may remember I posted a little teaser clip Toujours Paris – well this is more from that scene & Lorca is understandably not happy.   I won’t spoil it for you, but let me just say Rob’s range of emotions – long live King Salvador! (Disclaimer:  remember this is my opinion please no angry comments about my gushing about Rob).   Also for those who are as enamoured with the soundtrack as I am, I understand from Miguel Mera that they are in discussions with iTunes at the moment.  I have asked him whether this means Australia too and so as soon as I have an update I will let you know.  Thanks to cupcakeyum at IMDb and YouTube user myheartsnsocal.

Thanks so much for posting this Maria. Long live King Salvador is for sure. How great is this clip. Rob is amazing, just amazing.

LOL, only 29 sleeps until the release date Maria. Had to do some calculations just then. Wish we could take that 9 way & make it only 2. Am so so excited, cannot wait to receive our copies. We will actually be able to watch it in full, cannot wait!

Also cannot wait to hear more info about the soundtrack. How beautiful is the music in this film.

I’m unable to watch this clip because I made a stupid promise that I wasn’t going to watch anymore spoilers, so so tempted though. Only 29 sleeps!
Excited to hear about the soundtrack and look forward to more info. Thanks for the headsup.

Vertigo you are a better woman than me – when it comes to Rob you should never make promises that you CAN keep.

    Hi tlr,

We have been advised by the Australian distributor Kojo Pictures that they will release Little Ashes on DVD in September but haven’t said what date in September it will be. Unfortunately they have decided not to give the film a cinema release which is very disappointing & absolutely insane as I am sure you agree.

The DVD however, is available to purchase at Amazon UK (the release date is July 13)

    Hope this helps 🙂

Hi tlr – yes both Michelle and I have ordered from Amazon UK, but you need to either have a non region code DVD player or ring the manufacturer and ask them how to change your DVD player to non region code. All DVDs can be changed. There’s also instructions on net on how to do it if your manufacturer wont tell you – http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/dvd-unlock.

Yes, of course we have seen Rob as Daniel Gale in BMH. It is a great role and you should watch it. We are in the process of updating our Fillms section at the moment and so all information about Rob’s previous and current/future roles will be up to date shortly.

No probs tlr – sorry it was actually me but was in the admin section of our site when I responded. The website worked for me – so fingers crossed. Have been comfortably watching the DVDs rather than on the computer – lol.
