So great that these interviews are still being unleashed, although we have seen bits of this interview before.  I love hearing Rob saying “David Michôd” *swoon* and bow much he loves Cannes.  I also love that Rob ticks off his next jobs – hopefully working with Harmony Korine, working with Brady Corbet, Olivier Assayas and then James Gray *twirls*.  HOw great is it that Rob’s working with the people that he wants to work with.  Now if he could work with some of the people I want him to work with *cough* Ed Norton, Clive Owen, Christian Bale *cough*.  Just putting it out there since it seemed to work a treat with Bobby DeNiro!

Great interview – good questions. Rob looking and sounding relaxed is a joy to watch (then again, nervous and awkward Rob is joyous in a totally different way!) Thanks, Maria. Happy Halloween to you too, Mema – it’s nice to see ‘old’ names pop up in the comments section. *waves*

Love this interview! She had some great questions for him and he looks so relaxed. I especially love his comment “”I’m basically trying to recreate my DVD shelf from when I was 17. I’m still ticking off filmmakers.”
