@ThePlaylist talks to Brady Corbet & Mona Fastvold About The Childhood of A Leader

The Playlist caught up with Brady & Mona at Sundance and spoke to them about “Robert Pattinson’s admirable career choices”.  This happens at 9.30 although if you want to listen to the entire interview it gives great insight into how these two collaborate.   They are filming in France – French Rob!!!  And Brady has said the exact same thing David Michôd told us about Rob’s career choices.   I’m so glad we’re all on this Rob ride together.

I really loved this! So great to hear about their creative process and more about them….and OH loving what Brady says about Rob. That’s going on a banner LOL or something. I’m grinning like an idiot right now – thanks Maria, so interesting. 🙂

Yet another WOW interview. I love the way Brady speaks, not just about Rob, but in general. And I couldn’t agree more, Maria ~ this is one of my favourite rides EVER. (And I AM a bit of a ride junkie LOL)

“That’s going on a banner” ~ oh Jules, I like how you think!

So great to have such creative people in the ‘Rob Appreciation Society’. Impossibly, my admiration for Rob has gone up another notch – what these people are saying about his film choices is becoming more and more apparent. From an agent’s point of view, I’m sure it goes against everything they would advise a ‘hot, young actor’ to do. So glad he’s following his heart and his instincts. The world needs more actors like him – then we might see a big shift in the kind of films in our cinemas.

I have been anticipating listening to this for days now. It was worth the wait.
I’m not quoting exactly but I love the thought about enjoying seeing how a story unravels rather than how it gets neatly put back together at the end. I understand how Rob has been drawn together with this creative team. Very exciting
