Thanks for posting Suze.
I’ve said it before how much listening to Rob talking about why he did Cosmopolis reminds me of that first Q&A he did with Apple when he said he wanted to change Hollywood from within and be able to make these kinds of films rather than huge moneymakers.
I’m so glad he’s doing what he wants to do rather than just signing up for franchise after franchise of boring boring films. Sorry but they are. I love Johnny Depp but I never went to see Pirates 2-4 or whatever number they are up to. It gets so boring and lame.

Great interview thanks Suze. and I agree re the big budget “blockbusters” Maria just because they make billions does not make them good. Prime example Avatar that was so lame and boring…..

*nods* to your comments Maria & Cindy. I just love the choices that Rob makes & that he doesn’t go down the same old boring road that the majority of actors do. He is only interested in making quality films, if only all actors were the same. Just because a movie makes a lot of money does not mean it is good – not even close. Thanks for posting Suze, love this extra snippet.
How BRILLIANT is the banner Cindy. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Thanks so much Jules *mwah*

Thanks Suze. I still can’t believe this guy is really only 26 ~ blows my mind, actually. His passion for the movie industry is obvious, as is the real reason he clicked with Cronenberg. Love listening to them both, any time, any where.
As for the new banner ~ OH MY GOD, JULES, I’ve been hoping that catchy little phrase would pop up in one of your creations! Love it!

It is interesting for Rob say that so few independent, quality movies aren’t getting made, so it isn’t as though you could make a blockbuster , then go and do the movies you really want to. That is how many actors have played it in the past. It is sad to hear of his demise. Most Hollywood films are mindless.
On the other hand, this is a good interview and Rob always gives us something new and fresh

I could watch/listen to Rob and DC chat forever to be honest. And I agree, Rob’s passion for the movie industry is so clear. It’s really wonderful, I have a new interest in my local Indie filmhouse because of him. LOL I totally love it too! Long may he continue making movies he truly enjoys and is passionate about – I am honestly having the BEST time supporting him on this journey. 🙂
