Hah – now that I’ve got your attention, of course, she’s talking about Edward Cullen and NOT Rob.  Amanda Bell from The Examiner seems hell bent on trying to figure out the “dark” dream sequence in New Moon that Rob mentioned during his ET Interview.  It’s a very interesting theory and, possibly, she could be right since there were quite a few essential scenes in Twilight that were omitted from the movie.  Could this be what Rob was talking about:

“I opened my eyes to a familiar place. Aware in some corner of my consciousness that I was dreaming, I recognized the green light of the forest. I could hear the waves crashing against the rocks somewhere nearby. And I knew that if I found the ocean, I’d be able to see the sun. I was trying to follow the sound, but then Jacob Black was there, tugging on my hand, pulling me back toward the blackest part of the forest.
‘Jacob? What’s wrong?’ I asked. His face was frightened as he yanked with all his strength against my resistance; I didn’t want to go into the dark.
‘Run, Bella, you have to run!’ he whispered, terrified.
‘This way, Bella!’ I recognized Mike’s voice calling out of the gloomy part of the trees, but I couldn’t see him.
‘Why?’ I asked, still pulling against Jacob’s grasp, desperate now to find the sun …
And then Edward stepped out from the trees, his skin faintly glowing, his eyes black and dangerous. He held up one hand and beckoned me to come to him. The wolf growled at my feet.
I took a step forward, toward Edward. He smiled then, and his teeth were sharp, pointed.
‘Trust me,’ he purred.
I took another step.”

Rob, I trust you – oh sorry I forgot it’s Eddie.  Anyway if you would like to read the full article and the basis for Amanda’s theory, you can do so here.

E!Online has an interesting article posted on their site with Melissa Rosenberg talking about the ‘Twilight Series.’  In part of the article, Melissa gives all us Rob fans some very good news about Rob‘s role as Edward in ‘New Moon‘:

Even though Edward Cullen may not be in the New Moon novel as much as he is in the others, she promised we’ll be seeing plenty of the Brit actor in the flick, which is currently shooting in Vancouver with director Chris Weitz.

“In the book, he’s actually an enormous presence in [Bella’s] mind,” Rosenberg said. “He’s so present in her mind throughout the entire center of the book, so we really played off that, and it kept him alive in a slightly different way, but fans will feel it’s true to the book. You can’t have a Twilight without Rob Pattinson.”

Isn’t that the truth! I am really excited for ‘New Moon’ We have so many wonderful Rob movies & projects to look forward to. It is all so very exciting.

It seems like everyone is now talking about Rob being the leading man in ‘Remember Me’. Although reading another article about this seemed to make this more ‘official’, after the ‘Parts Per Billion’ fiasco, I’ve learnt to be a lot more cautious.(I’m actually lying though, I’m REALLY REALLY excited).

Here is  the latest from the MTV Movie Blog:

While Robert Pattinson is deep into filming the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon” for Summit Entertainment, the studio has tapped the 22-year-old British star for another project about star-crossed lovers.

Pattinson will play the lead role in “Remember Me,” a story of a young couple whose burgeoning relationship is complicated by a succession of family tragedies that test their bond, according to Screen Daily.com. The makers of the film, which had previously been titled “Memoirs,”have not yet settled on which actress who will play Pattinson’s love interest.

Kyle & Jackie O from Sydney’s 2day FM spoke to Kellan Lutz this morning.  Kellan talks about what he’s been doing whilst in Australia, filming of New Moon and towards the end about Rob (sorry it’s quite long, but worth the wait – even I may have rethink my opinion of Klutz given what he says).   Again, for some reason it’s telling me the files to big and so I can’t upload, but you can listen to the interview here.
