More details on the plot of Robert Pattinson starrer High Life

I was hoping with the announcement that Claire Denis’s film Un Beau Soleil Intérieur will be the opening night film at Cannes Directors’ Fortnight that we may find out some more information about High Life.  Here’s what she had to say during her latest interview.

Claire Denis: It’s a film that takes place from Earth, outside the solar system. I imagined that a woman would be fatal to a man. A woman who is fatal ( irresistible woman), not a pin up. But she is fatal to him because she does something that is going to be fatal to him.
