Let me just say I’m glad I didn’t win tickets for this competition because I doubt I would have had a better experience than what I had on the red carpet. Enjoying the day with the girls, meeting some wonderful new people and seeing Rob.

My life is complete.

First of all, Rob, I love you just that little bit more, having seen that 1-sock-up, 1-sock-down photo (no. 4).

Secondly, Rob, I’d give you $20,000 if you could possibly begin to explain what was going on in your head during THAT fan-event! (WEIRD SHIT comes to mind, sorry!)

Third, WTF!!!!!!

And finally, Maria, could you please email me when you unmute yourself ~ I’m dying to hear your description of Nova’s little masterpiece….. hahahahahahahahaha

Am loving the ankle peak and can not get over how gorgeous Rob;s wardrobe here in Oz … and still reeling over how no pic can do his real beauty justice. It’s mind blowing how celestial this man appears to be in person.

I feel like we all really dodged a bullet with this one! Who knew 4 hours in torrential rain could be so much fun! I’m still trying to count more than 25 ‘lucky winners’ at that event…… Maybe they were also playing hide-and-seek as part of the entertainment? (no disrespect to the lucky winners; more than a little disrespect to NOVA and Hoytd D.)

They have repeatedly used the moniker that he hates so much and referred to the fans as Twi-hards. It’s very obvious that they know nothing about Rob or even the Twilight fandom in general and they staged it as a teenage event. I wonder what he was asked inside…..some meaningless tripe most likely.

Hey girls, I’m a bit off here. Anything happened inside Nova event? Don’t stay mute Maria, please speak up girl, don’t leave us in the dark.
It is obvious that most people in the media, see of Twilight and sometimes Rob, I’m afraid, rather “mockingly”… or I don’t know how else to put it.
There was no intreview that the interviwer didn’t ask him about R-Patz for God’s sake!!!
Did they do it on purpose??? Or I’ll have to assume that they go off to battle without knowing the opposite side… Anyway, we know beforehand that, Rob is beyond polite in such cases and has his way of pulling through majesticly.The rest is BS and he tries to forget about it, as soon as he leaves the place, or that’s what I think. I consider him too much of a gentleman to do anything else.

@Vicky – they can’t possibly say they didn’t know about RPattz because I wrote to the media liaison who organised ALL his interviews in Sydney and said to them “Just so you know you need to alert Lizzie Lovette and the media that Rob absolutely LOATHES the moniker RPattz. If anything make sure Lizzie Lovette does not call him that to his face unless she wants to embarass herself. If you only listen to us about one thing, make it that.” So the fact that my email was completely disregarded and unprofessionally not even acknowledged, although they acknowledeged others, left me with how unprofessional the organisers of this entire event was.

I didn’t get inside the Nova event because I was clearly outside their demographic. They are ageists plain and simple and NOVA you want to come on here and claim libel because I’ve come out and said it – you go right ahead, because I was at the red carpet for 7 hours and not once did any of your employees speak to anyone that was older than 25 (that was around us or even us). Not to mention because we don’t talk about it here, but what Rob’s personal life had to do with anything is beyond me, but that’s what they were asking people about. Anyway, no more Twilight after this so I guess I’ll be doing cartwheels the next time I have to line up for a fan event since there should be NO BULLSHIT.

You would imagine that the media liaison would say – you know what guys there’s an Aussie fansite for Rob, if you need some research checked maybe you should approach them because both Fitzy & Wippa and Kyle & Jackie O made some very embarrassing gaffs – I mean he’s had 1 week off? No seriously whoever did their research should be sacked because they are clearly SHIT at their job.

I just can’t fathom why they ignored us. We offered to assist for free and we got ignored.

Firstly I would like to say I love your site!!! I am only new to finding it but from what I have seen it is nice to indulge in just Rob and not read the same repetative gossip that other sites seem to regurgitate lately.

Thankyou for sharing this wonderful man!

Oh and I must say also Kyle and Jackie O interview…..appalling! Kyle was not even up to speed that “Rover” was not yet filmed! Very dissapointing as you would think if your interviewing someone you would at least have your facts right??

I know, how bad was that with Kyle. What ever happened to doing research on the person you are going to be interviewing I’ll never know. It really is an embarrassment what the majority of these people say when they’re interviewing Rob.

@Krissy – what’s even more embarassing about Kyle is the fact that The Rover is a 100% Aussie production – Rob is the only overseas actor that’s been cast in it. It’s worse than appalling.

What about Fitzy&Wippa – you’ve only had 1 week off this year after you finished filming BD2 and the other film. I suffered secondhand embarassment at how unprofessional these clowns are. We run a blog for fans and we pretty much doublecheck everything before we post.

So welcome and *fistpumps* we are 100% Rob – no bullshit, no drama – just the important stuff = Rob. Because nothing else matters.

The privilege these people had of speaking to Rob, and didn’t even have the courtesy to do a tiny bit of research beyond maybe picking up the latest gossip mag/paparazzi site…. It’s just plain rude to him, really. I would have thought that being in the very public position they are themselves (& often scrutinised unfairly in their personal lives), would have helped shaped their interview into something more respectful in nature. But it’s all about entertainment value & sales I suppose, and most interviews seem to be about this 🙁

Keep up the beautiful & real, RPAU. We know it and appreciate it. Hoping some people head on over here and get educated about the actor himself rather than the hype, if they get a second chance to chat with Rob when he comes back for future promos/filming. It would be nice for Rob to have a 100% positive experience in our beautiful country 🙂

Thanks @Val. Really they are embarrassing and to think we were refused an interview because they claimed to have “100s of requests”. Um yeah 100s of ignoramuses who couldn’t even be bothered to do any research. In the meantime, we would have asked him about future projects and known that he hasn’t set foot on a film set since late July/early August 2011. Kyle’s comment about filming The Rover was … I have no words.

Oh well .. onwards and upwards.
