Oh lordy – Rob playing the piano is a guarantee that I won’t miss BD2 on the big screen – yeah I know I support Rob in all his movies blah blah blah but seriously by the time this baby rolls around we will have forgotten the entire story that they will have concocted for Part 1.  A year is a long time in films people – I bet we see Eric Packer before we finally say goodbye to Edward – hence the need for them to include Rob playing piano.  Anyway @CarterBuwell tweeted:

Just wrote “Renesmee’s Lullaby” for Twilight Breaking Dawn.
Rob Pattinson will play it on camera this week.

and his official site states:

“And he just wrote “Renesmee’s Lullaby” for Twilight Breaking Dawn 2,
which Rob Pattinson will play on camera. The film will be released in November 2012.”

Thanks to Mandy at RPLife for the tip – it’s “squee” worthy.

I also have to say, i’m glad Carter Burwell is involved again. His score for Twilight was the best of the three I think and really set the mood for the movie.

    WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Now that is the news I want to hear when I wake up in the morning! *fist pump*

Only thing that would have been more perfect is if they had let Rob compose something himself but hey now I am just being greedy 🙂

Smart move Summit looks like they will be pulling a few tricks from their hat to make sure people come back for Part 2. A year is a LONG time.

I mostly lurk, I love that you have this place for Aussie fans, thanks for everything you do.

Carter – I love his music so much.
But I mostly love him because he loves Rob – the only one of the movie composers I know who seems to get Rob and how fine a musician he is.

And how do movie makers not get that having an actor sing his soul out, who looks and acts like beautiful Rob – well it’s female kryptonite, we are powerless, melted messes. I have never felt anything quite like it when i heard Let Me Sign watching Twilight.

Hey @Kes – I know their stupidity knows no bounds – the moviemakers I mean. Ben Parker (Bel Ami) also acknowledged Rob’s talent 😀
