Oh I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am.  According to Acting Auditions casting has begun for support roles for Water For Elephants and filming is due to commence in LA on 22 May 2010.   If you haven’t read this book, I recommend you do by the end of the year.  There is a reason it was on the New York Times Bestsellers list and I’m so happy that Rob’s involved with this adaptation.  Rob if these are the roles you prefer then I’m happy for you to continue doing the 3 scripts you like each year.  Thanks to BelAmiMovie and RobPattzNews for the tip.  Very much appreciated.

    My lovelies…
    now i am completely discombobulated
    and i am thoroughly conflicted
Happy for Rob playing with water and elephants
especially with 2 other cool Oscar recepients
but i have to be a little bit sensitive
about the canning of Unbound Captives
i was so looking forward to Rob filming in NZ…
does this mean there is no more chance of that?
oh, not sure how to feel
    this is such a bitter-sweet deal…
will go and sleep on it now
but so glad for Elephants anyhow…

    p/s personal RM session #9 @ 8.50 pm attracted 20 other people + Me

No one will see remember me with me.. .. they all think it is gonna be like twilight. What is wrong with everyone?
The Age (melb newspaper ) rated it 3 and half stars. (its pretty good for them… they are harsh) cos ALlice in wonderland only got 1 and a half

Hi @JO – we don’t actually post links to other sites in our comments section – it goes straight to spam to avoid the pornsites being able to do so. We do follow BelAmiMovies on twitter and we post anything Rob related that they may obtain that we haven’t been able to. I can let you know that we will be working closely with the Australian distributor in relation to promoting in the future.

@tessANZ I don’t think they ever said officially that UC was going to be filmed partially in NZ. I know it’s being filmed in Argentina, but I understand they are still trying to get the money together to fund the project. That’s the hold up. In any event, everyone knows that Rob’s in a supporting role for this movie – he’s not one of the lead characters – right? So he’s only in about half of the movie.

That sucks trying to convince people that don’t care @Monique. At least RM is getting decent ratings by the harder judges. Hope you go and see it anyway.

Loved W4E was an amazing book and can’t wait to see come to life on the screen. Hope the film makers do it justice.
Reading Bel-Ami now and enjoying it so far, great choice for Rob in both stories.

@Raine – totally agree. I love Bel-Ami it’s one of my favourite classics so I think you will thoroughly enjoy and W4E I also loved. I love how Rob spoils us and gives us movies that aren’t just Hollywood blockbuster trash. Oops did I say that out loud 😀
