Looks like Georges is going to arrive in a big way.  For those not on Twitter, @HopscotchFilms confirmed that the first Bel Ami clip will be released during the Berlin Film Festival and not actually at the Festival.

And although I’ve been told by Hopscotch that they will be announcing the Australian release date in a few weeks, it’s good to see that Bel Ami is finally listed under “Coming Soon” on their website:

“Box office sensation Robert Pattinson stars in this adaptation of the classic French novel Bel Ami by Guy de Maupassant, a literary powder-keg of its time – a story full of sexual intrigue, scandal and manipulation.

Paris, 1880s. Oh how I love that intro – Box Office Sensation …  I love how much our industry respects Rob here.

I hope that active development means Phineas aging to about 24 or 26 because I really still do dream about Rob riding bareback and speaking comanche *swoon*

Well the praying seems to be working for something.   The official Cosmopolisthefilm site has uploaded my fave pic – hmm the blue tinge seems to follow and really work for Rob – coincidence?  Oh and they are also celebrating the MTV win – thumbs up peeps a win is a win!
