Hi Does this mean it shows at the festival first then….(hopefully) to some cinemas in all states in Oz?

I hope so @Jodie. That’s what happened with Good Time – screened at Sydney Film Festival in June and then hit some cinemas in October. I have been told that it will probably screen later in the year.

Melbourne in the winter …… seriously? Well done, Melbourne, for choosing to show Damsel – you score brownie points for your excellent taste in cinema. I’d love to think that Brisbane was going to show the same kind of good taste when it has it’s International Festival later in the year. Fingers crossed. Guess I might need to check my diary for early August, just in case I can get away …….
