According to KFTV:

 “French director Claire Denis’ English-language feature debut, High Life, is set to shoot in Cologne in April.”

Not sure how accurate this is, but I guess time will tell.  It was mentioned earlier that the film would shoot in a studio in Cologne in early 2016.
