I’m a little late in doing this this week since I was a little distracted *coughs*.  Anyway, thought I would give you an update on how BA is doing so far and can I say – GO Russia.  Oh Magnolia Pics maybe you should take note on how Russia’s MTV helped to promote this film instead of tweeting and FBing whose team are you on – I can honestly tell you I ain’t on your team you lazy people.  Oops sorry I needed to get that off my chest.  Anyway I see BoxOfficeMojo is still using that calculator so don’t worry I’ll do the work for them and add it up.

Hmmm only 13 cinemas

So up to 1 April 2012 the total box office for BA is USD3,122,235

For those who are  interested too, Indiewire posted an article today entitled “Indie 101:  How Do You Measure Whether An Indie Film Has Done Well”.   It’s an interesting read and will give you a better insight into how things work with lower budget films, so just click on the link.

That’s good news I suppose. And it’s too early to say anything more, well not before the film’s been released in the rest of the countries distributed. Anyone knows the cost for this film? I believe that a fair balance would be ok as far as money is concerned. Apart from that, many great films have a “bad luck” in boxoffice we all know that.

@Vicky oceanpebble I’m pretty sure the film cost £9 million to produce. That’s not a huge budget whatsoever.
