I finally recieved LA dvd, watched it quite a few times now but i need someone help in translation on what Rob actually says in the very last line, before the movie ends.
ive rewinded it many times but just dont get it
Hope someone can help me.

@Jan, i haven’t got LA yet so not sure about the details but DVDs usually have an option where you can look at the subtitles and that usually gives the text of the dialogue. hope that helps…

@Jan – that is so wonderful you received LA. Did you enjoy? Adore this beautiful film as you all know. I’m about to watch again this afternoon actually. Am sure the last line Rob says is ‘J’arrive’ which in English means ‘I’m Coming’ or ‘I arrive’ If someone’s French is better than mine & I am wrong with the definition please do correct me haha. No subtitles are featured on the LA DVD.

I enjoyed it so much better at home with the sorround sound, its quite a beautiful touching movie.
I should have gave more effort
in French at school i might be able to read Bel Ami which i ordered from ebay.
i received that in French.oh well

@Jan – no worries. Glad to be able to help It really is such a beautiful & moving film & Rob’s performance is just BRILLIANT. I enjoyed Bel-Ami so so much, just cannot wait to see Rob as Georges. Shame you received it in French instead of English. It really is a must read.
